Description: The medal is silver in color, suspended from a ribbon of the SAR colors. The obverse depicts a Minuteman holding a rifle, with a plow and the Liberty Bell in the background, and is inscribed “ROTC.” The reverse is inscribed “Awarded for Leadership, Soldierly Bearing and Excellence to __________.” A ribbon bar in the SAR colors with a silver sword device is included and a certificate is available. Miniature is not available
