ENTER EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT THE NAME TAG TO HAVE ENGRAVED. WE WILL NOT ADD INFORMATION SUCH AS THE WORD "CHAPTER" or "SOCIETY" UNLESS YOU HAVE SPECIFICALLY LISTED IT. National Number is not included as part of the text on the name tag but required to verify membership. Approximately 2" X 3" plastic name tag featuring the SAR's insignia (Eagle atop the Maltese Cross). Your name is standard across the top. The bottom always reads: Sons of the American Revolution. There are up to three lines available for your personalized information in the body of the name tag though the most common tag has only two lines. Line 1 is typically your chapter name. Line 2 is usually your state society name. Please select this option individually for each item you need personalized and do not select a quantity of more than 1 at a time.
