Please understand that this engraving service is done in house by SAR Merchandise staff and is done between phone calls and as time allows. We have only one engraving machine so only one medal can be engraved at a time. There are some weeks that engraving is done only one day per week and not all orders are completed. If you have a time deadline for your order, you must let us know in the comment section. If we are unable to accommodate your deadline, we will contact you to discuss options.
There is NO rush service for engraving.
Please select this option individually for each item you need engraved and do not select a quantity of more than 1 at a time as the system only allows one set of personalized information per line item, regardless of quantity selected.
We can engrave most full size medals at the time of purchase only. Most medals have space allocated for the recipient name (first initial and last name) and a presentation date though some only have a name space. The Patriot Medal and State Distinguished Service Medal need the Society name and the Chapter Distinguished Service Medal needs the Chapter name.
