The Good Citizenship Medal Ribbon Drape is included with each of the Good Citizenship Medals.  The drape is available separately for replacement

The Outstanding Citizenship Award Lapel Pin was authorized in 1992. It is a portrait of a Minuteman with the Sons of the American Revolution encircling the upper half and Outstanding Citizenship Award encircling the lower half. The lapel pin may be presented by a chapter, state society or the National Society to deserving students in recognition of high ideals of character and citizenship.

The Bronze Good Citizenship Medal Certificate is included with the Medal.  The certificate is available separately for replacement or presentation.

The Bronze Good Citizenship Medal was authorized in 1895 and recognizes persons whose achievements are noteworthy in their school, community or state. This medal can be awarded to both adults and minors. It is a multi-purpose medal serving many functions, and is awarded to the following:

The Silver Good Citizenship Medal was authorized in 1939 and recognizes outstanding and unusual patriotic achievement and service that is of a more local degree (state level) than required for the Gold Good Citizenship Medal.
